What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, every J&Co purchase is backed by a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
